4 No Support or Maintenance. You acknowledge and agree that DYNAMICS COMPANIONS will have no obligation to provide you with any support or maintenance in connection with the Site or Services or PDF Files.

5 Ownership. Excluding your User Content (defined below), you acknowledge that all the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trade marks, and trade secrets, PDF Files in the Site are owned by DYNAMICS COMPANIONS or DYNAMICS COMPANIONS’s licencors. The provision of the Site and PDF files does not transfer to you or any third party any rights, title or interest in or to such intellectual property rights. 8 Disputes. We will do our best to resolve any disputes with you, however if we cannot we both agree that disputes will be resolved by arbitration within the United States.
