This module fills in the management of the asset that the Fixed Asset module does not track.

The fault reporting capabilities within Dynamics 365 Asset Management allow the workers to report the faults, symptoms, causes and remedies for the Maintenance requests and work orders. It allows the user to start gathering information about the maintenance issues and over time will provide a knowledge base of possible fault reports and remedies for the workers.
In this module we will show how to set up the fault reporting controls that we will use for the maintenance requests and work orders.
